Most agencies hand you a logo and a goodbye. We hand you a keeper. Someone at EMBLEM is watching your brand tonight, next month, and next year, so you never have to wonder who has it.

Why EMBLEM exists

Our story

Brands Don't Fail. They Fade.

EMBLEM started with a pattern we couldn't unsee. A business would launch with a sharp new identity, a clean website, and a month of great posts. Then real life took over. The feed went quiet. The site drifted out of date. Six months later, the brand people remembered wasn't the one that was built.

Nobody failed. They just ran out of hours. So we built the agency we wished those clients had: one that designs the brand, then keeps it lit every month, the way a keeper tends a lighthouse. The work doesn't end at launch. That's where ours starts.

What you can hold us to

Four Promises We Keep

These aren't values on a wall. They're how every client relationship runs, from the first call on.

  1. The helping hand, not a helping hand.

One team owns your brand from end to end. No hand-offs, no ticket queues, and nobody telling you that's another department.

  2. You're never alone in this.

You get a named keeper with a direct line. Launch night, a rough review, a big announcement: you reach out, and a person who knows your brand answers.

  3. Day 100 looks like day 1.

Same voice, same colors, same standard on every post, page, and print run. Consistency is the product. Everything else is the delivery.

  4. Your name, your call.

You own your accounts and your identity. We run the day-to-day at the approval level you choose, and you can take the keys back at any time.

What "monthly care" actually means

How access works

You Own It. We Run It.

Handing us your brand should never mean handing over your name. Here's how we hold the keys.

  • Official access, never passwords

We connect through each platform's partner and admin roles. Every action is logged, and your login stays yours.

  • You set the approval level

Choose how much crosses your desk before it goes out, and change it whenever you like.

  • The keys come back anytime

Your accounts, files, and brand assets belong to you. If you ever move on, everything transfers back cleanly.

Pick your watch

Three ways clients work with us. Most start on the first and move to the second.

Review the big stuff

Campaigns, announcements, and anything new come to you. Routine posts in your established voice go out on schedule.
